4. Mobile App Permissions
Our mobile application (iOS and Android) may request the following device permissions. Each permission is requested only when needed for a specific feature, and you may grant or deny it at any time through your device settings. Denying a permission only disables the related feature; the rest of the app continues to work.
- Location (위치): Used to show business listings near your current location and to provide map-based search. We do not track or store your location in the background.
- Camera (카메라): Used to take photos when you add or edit a business listing or send images in chat.
- Photos / Media Library (사진): Used to select and upload existing photos for your business listings, profile picture, or chat messages.
- Push Notifications (푸시 알림): Used to send you new chat messages, listing inquiries, delegation requests, and account-related alerts. Delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
- Network & Device Information: Basic device and connection information is used to deliver content, maintain your session, and keep the Service secure.
We also use Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple for optional social login. When you use these, we receive only the basic profile information (such as name and email) that you authorize.
5. Information Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Other Users: Your listing information and profile (as configured) are visible to other users
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our Service
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger or acquisition
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time, directly within the app or website:
- Mobile app: Profile (My Page) → Delete Account
- Website: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account
What is deleted
When you delete your account, your personal information is erased or anonymized, including your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and broker license details. Your login credentials are removed and you can no longer sign in with that account. Favorites, notifications, and verification records are permanently deleted, and your active listings are deactivated.
What is retained, and why
To protect other users and keep records accurate, some content is kept in an anonymized form that no longer identifies you:
- Chat messages you sent are retained but shown as "Deleted User" so the other party's conversation stays intact.
- Completed (sold) listing records and report/abuse history are retained for safety and dispute resolution.
- For fraud and abuse prevention, we keep a one-way, irreversible hash of your email and social login identifier (it cannot be turned back into your original data). This is used only to enforce the re-registration restriction below.
Re-registration restriction
To prevent abuse, re-registration with the same account or email is restricted for 30 days after deletion. Records required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and assist in our marketing efforts. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging) — push notifications
- Mapbox — maps and location-based search
- Google & Apple — optional social sign-in
Our Service may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
